1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sherpa Collaborative platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Services

Sherpa Collaborative provides a consulting marketplace that matches businesses with expert consultants. We facilitate the matching, scheduling, and engagement management process.

3. Engagement Terms

Engagements are billed monthly at the agreed-upon rate. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Billing continues through the notice period.

4. Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize recurring monthly charges for the duration of your engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created during an engagement are the property of the client upon full payment. The platform and its content remain the property of Sherpa Collaborative.

6. Confidentiality

Both clients and consultants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during engagements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sherpa Collaborative is not liable for the quality or outcomes of consulting services. We facilitate the match but the consulting relationship is between the client and consultant.
